Adrian grew up with his family’s own forest. For him, wood was never an abstract raw material, but something that must be cared for, used, and treated with responsibility. This closeness to the forest and forestry continues to shape his perspective on materials and origin to this day.
Professionally, Adrian worked for many years in procurement at an international corporation.
At Madero, Adrian is responsible for ensuring that every piece of furniture makes its journey from Chile to Germany in a clean and traceable way, without compromises on responsibility or quality.
Fabian comes from a family of carpenters. He knows craftsmanship not from stories, but from experience.
He lived in Chile for four years and knows the south through many travels. The idea for Madero emerged from the desire to bring local craftsmanship to Europe.
Professionally, Fabian gained many years of experience in international sales.
At Madero, Fabian combines his understanding of craftsmanship with entrepreneurial experience and market knowledge to build long-term partnerships.
Nicolás is Fabian’s brother-in-law and lives in Chile. He knows the region around Pucón very well and is Madero’s local point of contact.
He studies Biosciences and brings solid knowledge of wood, ecology, and the sustainable use of natural resources.
At Madero, Nico is responsible for local collaboration with the carpenters, supports the product selection process, and contributes his valuable knowledge of the local market.
